A practice, not a platform.

Considered. Personal. Discreet.

A simple belief.

Finding a life partner deserves the same care, discretion and judgement as any other consequential decision in life.
TrustMatch is a private introductions practice for accomplished adults — founded in Australia, working across Melbourne, Sydney, London and select locations internationally. We were not created to make introductions at scale, but to make better ones.
Our Origin

Created for a more considered way to meet.

For accomplished adults seeking a long-term partner, dating today has become a paradox of abundance.
There are more ways to meet than ever, yet the choices have rarely felt thinner. Profiles have replaced conversations and algorithms have replaced judgement — and people who would never make a major decision on a few photographs are expected to do exactly that when choosing a partner.
Traditional matchmaking, often intuition-led, has proved no better. TrustMatch was founded to occupy a different space: one where introductions are deliberate, privacy is absolute and human judgement still matters — for those seeking not a date, but a genuinely meaningful partnership.

Our Founder

Kane McIntyre

"The most important relationship in your life deserves a more considered approach."
TrustMatch was founded by Kane McIntyre from personal experience. Single in his forties and looking for a long-term partner, he found a dating landscape vast in scale yet lacking in depth — and the few matchmaking practices that existed relied on intuition rather than genuine understanding.
Having spent much of his career in senior corporate advisory roles, and later building international businesses, Kane came to value judgement, character and long-term thinking. He could not reconcile why people would apply such rigour to every significant decision except the one that shapes their happiness, family and future most: the choice of a life partner.
TrustMatch was his response to that gap — a private introductions practice combining considered human judgement with psychology-informed compatibility assessment.
His belief remains simple:
Meaningful relationships deserve a more thoughtful beginning.
Our Consultants
Our Consultants

Thoughtful introductions require thoughtful people.

TrustMatch is supported by a carefully selected group of consultants who share one belief: that meaningful introductions deserve time, judgement and genuine human understanding.
Technology can assist, but the work itself remains personal. Our consultants work closely with each member to understand who they are and the partnership they hope to build. Many women choose to work with female consultants, in an environment where they can speak openly and comfortably.
Whoever a member works with, the philosophy stays the same: to understand people deeply, to make introductions thoughtfully, and to prioritise quality over quantity at every stage.
Our Practice

Considered by design.

TrustMatch is built around a simple principle: meaningful introductions deserve time, judgement and care.
Our focus is not on the number of introductions we make, but on their quality. Every member relationship is approached individually, and every introduction reflects the behavioural framework and standards that underpin the practice.
We combine experienced human judgement with psychology-informed compatibility assessment, taking the time to understand each member's values and goals. For that reason we remain intentionally selective — because quality is easier to preserve than to recover.

Some things are not for display.

You will not find member photographs, names or testimonials on this website.
Our members do not appear in promotional materials, and we do not solicit reviews. Many occupy positions of responsibility in business, law, finance, healthcare and government; others simply value their privacy. We respect both equally.
Trust is difficult to establish and easy to lose. It is not a feature of the practice but a foundational principle — every application and introduction is handled with care, and information is shared only with consent.
Trust is not established through publicity. It is established through conduct.
