The Process.

You begin by submitting a private application — thoughtful questions about your life, your background and what you are looking for, completed by most members in fifteen to twenty-five minutes. Our matching consultant team reviews every application personally and responds within forty-eight hours, either with an invitation to a private onboarding conversation or a considered note that it is not the right fit.

Before you are admitted to the network, your identity is verified — government-issued identity, a live verification session by secure video, phone details, police checks and, where appropriate, additional confidential screening. Every member has been through the same rigour; it is the principal protection of each individual member.

Your dedicated matching consultant invites you to a series of private conversations by secure video, at times that suit you and held in confidence. Together you explore your life, your relationships and the kind of partnership you hope to share. Your consultant does most of the listening, and onboarding continues, unhurried, until the picture of your ideal partner is complete.

Alongside the conversations, you complete a carefully considered questionnaire that builds a thoughtful picture of the partner you are looking for — their character, values, lifestyle and the qualities that matter most to you. There are no psychometric tests and no algorithmic scoring; it reads like considered conversations on paper.

Acceptance places you within a small, considered group of accomplished adults. Your matching consultant will let you know personally, and from this point the active engagement begins.

100%Your consultant identifies members whose character, lifestyle, values and personal qualities align with what you are looking for — and for whom you align in turn. This is considered work, done by the people who have come to know you. When a thoughtful match is identified, your consultant prepares the introduction briefing.

The briefing is the document that allows you to decide. Written by your consultant, it covers the other member’s personality, general appearance, communication style and lifestyle and professional context — you will not see a photograph in advance. The same briefing about you is sent to the other member, and both of you approve the introduction before it is scheduled.

The introduction takes place in person, at a venue suited to a first meeting, which your consultant will help arrange if needed. You see one another there for the first time; TrustMatch staff are not present.

100%Within forty-eight hours, your matching consultant is in touch for a private, confidential conversation about how the meeting went and what you would like to do next. If both members wish to meet again, your consultant supports the next step; if not, what was learned shapes how the next introduction is prepared.

Membership runs for the term you have selected — six months for Foundation, twelve for Signature, Executive and Concierge — and may be extended at our discretion where the right introduction is close. Introductions continue at a pace that suits you; you may pause and reactivate as life requires, and your consultant remains your point of contact and trusted advisor throughout.
